Aging Matters is now accepting proposals from qualified providers for supportive services including:  Homemaker/Chore/Personal Care; Respite Care; Transportation; Legal Services; Adult Day Care; Disease Prevention Services; Medication Management; and Case Management Services that include Family Caregiver and In-Home Services in the following 18 counties:  Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Dunklin, Iron, Madison, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Perry, Reynolds, Ripley, Scott, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Stoddard and Wayne.
