Aging Matters is now accepting proposals from qualified providers for supportive services including: Homemaker/Chore/Personal Care; Respite Care; Transportation; Legal Services; Adult Day Care; Disease Prevention Services; Medication Management; and Case Management Services that include Family Caregiver and In-Home Services in the following 18 counties: Bollinger, Butler, Cape Girardeau, Carter, Dunklin, Iron, Madison, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Perry, Reynolds, Ripley, Scott, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Stoddard and Wayne.
Proposals for Senior Nutrition Center Services will also be accepted for Sikeston, Kennett, Portageville, New Madrid, Puxico and Caruthersville.
