   The Retired Senior Volunteer Program and the Volunteer Intergenerational Center Annual Recognition Banquet was Held April 17 at the Eagles Aerie #3775 in Cape Girardeau.                 The RSVP/VIC (Retired Senior Volunteer Program/Volunteer Intergenerational Center) of Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties held its Annual Volunteer Recognition Banquet on April 25, 2017 at the Eagles Aeries #3375 in Cape Girardeau.  There were 160 in attendance this year.
